Fabrics :

kevlar ® carbon woven, glass fiber weft, with open or closed mesh.

Conveyor Belts with surface coating :

PTFE, PFA, FEP

Glass, kevlar or composite weft :

-75°C to +280°C/ Thickness from 0.08 to 1.5 mm

Rubber- based reinforced multi-ply weft :

-40°C to +110°C/ Thickness from 0.5 to 3 mm

Coating :

PTFE,PFA or FEP pure or filled with carbon, graphite,   bronze, ceramics, silicone or pigments. PFA, FEP, MOS2

• Temperature : from -260°C to +280°C  (without adhesive coating)
• Temperature : from -40°C to +180°C   (acrylic adhesive one side)
• Temperature : from -75°C to +260°C

(silicone adhesive one side)

Standard Roll of 30 linear metres.

(also possible : 50, 100 ml and longer). Wight from 10 mm to 5000 mm  

Pieces pre-cut to your dimensions 

(conveyor belts, joints, membranes, baking sheets, inserts, 

protective curtains and spacers etc…).

On request : Reinforced edges, soldered or detachable joints,

eyelet guiding system, studs, tracking guides.

Applications : Baking belts for the foodstuffs

industry, transporting in shrink tunnels in the wrapping and packaging industry, the vulcanization of rubbers and heat-moulded plastics, for continuous drying by convection, in infrared and microwave techniques, in the manufacture of polyurethane and cellular foam sheets.
