High performance NKP TYPE non-stick lining

Standard 20 microns lining

Non-stick property: dry friction coefficient on steel: 0.2

Maximum temperature : 300°C

Good resistance to corrosion and abrasion.

Good dry lubrification with hard, resistant surface: 400 Vikers

Applications :

All dry friction problems with non-stick properties.

All metal surfaces such as steel, bronze, stainless steel, aluminium, copper…

Pump cases, connectors, injection moulds for thermoplastic, elastomer and rubber, rings, dies…

Appearance:

Uniform smooth thickness (whatever the geometry of the piece).

Minimum lining 5 microns and maximum 300 microns.

Tolerance on thickness: 2 to 5 microns according to thickness of coating.
